Kepinggin banget makan kue lapis tradisional yang jadul,ala mbok-mbok di pasar...jadi deh mamih nyari nyari resep kue lapis.Akhirnya ketemu deh,resepnya dari kumpulan resep femina tahun...1995..
Bahan
750 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
3 lbr daun pandan
250 gr tepung beras
100 gr tepung kanji
250 gr gula
Cara Membuat
Rebus santan bersama dengan garam dan daun pandan sampai mendidih,,diamkan sampai hangat
Aduk dalam wadah tepung beras,sagu dan gula pasir
Tambahkan santan sedikit-demi sedikit sampai tercampur rata
Bagi adonan jadi 2,yang satu dibiarkan putih,yang satu diberi warna hijau dari pasta pandan
olesi loyang dengan minyak
Panaskan loyang dalam panci kukusan .Kukus adonan selapi demi selapis
Tiap lapisan dikukus selama 5 menit dan terakhir kukus selama 20 menit
Keluarkan dari kukusan dan biarkan dingin.

Ingredients:
- 100 gr Tapioca flour ( tapioca starch)
- 250 gr rice flour
- 250 gr white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 750 ml coconut milk ( half thick consistency)
- 3 pandan leaves
- assorted colour such as pink and green (i used green from pandan paste)
Method:
- Stir the coconut milk,pandan leaves in a big pot until boiling. Leave it cool.
- In a bowl, mix rice flour and tapioca starch, sugar, salt, pour in coconut milk, little bit at a time and whisk well until become smooth mixture.
- Divide the mixture and add the colour.I put the pandan paste at the half mixture and let the rest in white
- Greased the tin with vegetable oil .
- Heat the steamer, cover the lid with towel.
- Steam about 5 minutes for each layer, and 20 minutes in the end ( after all the mixture is finish).
- Cool and slice with knife greased with oil. Serve.
